in other words your patch does not work at all and you just hacked the
demuxer to somehow output the packets.

What we need is as i said support for non interleaved rm files.
see avidec.c as an example on how to demux non interleaved data.

if you want to see your patch approved it must correctly interleave packets
having all packets of the video stream (maybe a few hours long) output
before the first audio packet is not ok.
