The first stage is a verification stage. we have to verify the
accelerator with FFmpeg and APIs.
Therefore, there might be easy OSD engine or not.
For product stage , we will add PCIe and HDMI interface.

To my understanding, VaAPI is not in charge of displaying video.

Basically, yes.
