all samples that are listed as dmb/ in this file:
ftp://ftp1.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/samples/allsamples.txt
but apparentlty someone removed them ...
BTW, if you decide to go on you will need to export some
functions from the mov demuxer and remove the mp4_* functions that
I added in demux_ts.c.
