[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] make prototype visible in idct_xvid_sse2

C99 allows inline functions to be omitted if there's no other non- 
inline declaration for them, and ff_idct_xvid_sse2 is both inlined and  
used in other files, so the prototype has to be visible.

Well, I'm not sure which compilers use C99 inline and support gcc asm,  
but someday there might be one.
