[FFmpeg-devel] NSV Demuxing Is Weird

Hi,

FATE is down for 24 hours and look how much stuff breaks. Well, 
thankfully, only one test:

The demuxer starts with some data that looks like this:

The file seems to play fine with ffplay, though.
