if i add option
     -sws_flags accurate_rnd
to ffmpeg parameters

1. i get compleate worth results for 422->411 (see attached 
*_preview.100.A.yuv411p.png*) even on first iteration.

2. for 422-420 i see shift up grow picture (with broken bottom) on each 
iteration (see *_preview.125.A.yuv420p.png*)
