[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] add a -debug option for picture buffers

This adds a new debug option for tracing get/release_buffer calls. I  
found it useful for debugging reference pictures and some other things.

Reference picture overflow bugs are much easier to avoid when there's  
only one context, so it might not be as useful on mainline, but maybe  
new codec developers can use it.
