[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] H264 in TS detection

Hi

maybeH264_dumpstream 
(see ftp and [FFmpeg-devel] Unplayable "JVT NAL" sequence)
Contains a H.264 stream that is missdetected as mpeg1video.
Patch below fixes it, i intend to apply it in 24h if there are no objections
from mans.
