[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Delete DSP Stuff

Hi,

I was reviewing my old decoders and noticed that a bunch included the 
DSP stuff when they don't need to. I imagine I did this back when I 
didn't know what I was doing (I still don't but I know that these 
decoders don't need DSP structures).

I also removed a specious "s->dsp = s->dsp;" statement in interplayvideo.c.
