[FFmpeg-devel] proposal for SOC projects

I am a student at the University of Michigan, and would be keenly interested
in doing anything related to the snow codec esp if its for the Summer of
Code. I'm really just a fledgling multimedia hacker at this point in time,
but my skill base is steadily improving. As I've contributed nothing to
ffmpeg at this point in time, take my word at face value, but I would be an
avid mentee.
