1) It will probably never be editable by anonymous again. We can't spare
the resources to clean up automated spam and vandalism.

2) You can ask me to set up an account for you. All I need is a username.

3) Both of the above problems might be solved with some PHP work, which
I am comfortable with once more thanks to my FATE work.
