Maybe add a note that libswscale will need to be checked out into the
FFmpeg repo root dir. i.e.

$ git-clone git://git.mplayerhq.hu/ffmpeg/
$ cd ffmpeg
$ git-clone git://git.mplayerhq.hu/libswscale/
