this patch allows mplayer to play fate-suite/rl2/ with this codecs.conf entry:

videocodec ffrl2
  info "FFmpeg rl2 decoder"
  status working
  fourcc rl2v ; internal MPlayer FourCC
  driver ffmpeg
  dll rl2
  out BGR8

alexander suggested moving libmpdemux/mp_taglists.c into riff.c
why wasnt this done in the first place?
