[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Implement NULL_IF_CONFIG_SMALL macro in libavutil

Hi all,

this is a macro suggested by Michael which will be used to disable the
definition of long_name strings in libavcodec and libavformat (and
maybe for other future uses).

I think it is a good idea to implement it here rather than in
libavcodec.
