I'm happy if you solve it: vframes has to be 15 at least, because (I think, did
not RTFS) decoder searches 15 frames for audio and fails if they are not
available, together with -s 160x128, this still increases make test time by at
least 5%, IIRC.

IMO, time of make test should not be that important, testing as many features as
possible should have precedence.
