Ok, I tried avidemuxing an affected file and while I don't see the
error message anymore, I don't see any difference as far as audio
and video are concerned (I had hoped it might fix the juttery
playback, but thats probably just a bad pull-down removal).

Actually it did increase in size by 284933204-284619030 == 314174
