[FFmpeg-devel] AC-3 error concealment

Changeset 13397 adopted the last know-good block duplication method for 
error concealment.

Below is a link to one actual result of this method, it is extremely 
short but shows the original block and then it being duplicated over the 
next two corrupt frames followed by a few good frames.

Would a change adding a new flag to error_concealment be acceptable 
(either adding muting, whole frame duplication, or skipping)? Or some 
other way to detect the use of block duplication for the returned samples?
