The problem with the changelogs is that they need to be laboriously
hand-written, so they tend to lack behind code as long as programmers
forget to update them, which happen ... always, for the same reason I
don't like hand-written changelogs in general, while I love the kind
of features an SCMS logging facility may provide, since it let you
automatize things which can be automatically done.
