[FFmpeg-devel] liba52 support

Hi,

I propose we drop liba52 support from lavc.  It isn't needed now, and
there are very few advantages to keeping it around.

pros: - stable & has been around a long time
      - can be compiled to do fixed-point decoding

cons: - slower (except maybe fixed-point mode?)
      - no error concealment / loses sync on error
      - no E-AC-3 support
      - will always be GPL
      - it's an external dependency
