[FFmpeg-devel] Request for review

[Roman Shaposhnik]

Attached are the 8 patches which (if applied sequentially) take care of
all the issues Michael had with the new code for DVCPRO HD, except 
the following two: tables and "special_right... special_bottom" code.

I intend to commit them as separate transactions, unless I hear
otherwise.
