And it is probably actually not a valid asf file, it
probably just used one of the AVI FOURCCs for the H.264 stream,
which is unlikely to be what Microsoft intended, and probably
supported by almost nothing.
Anyway if your requirement is "H.264 in ASF" and nobody even knows if
it is possible there is something very wrong with your requirements
(probably they are actually something more specific and someone
abstracted them into idiocy) and there is no point in bothering
other people until they are fixed.
