As far as I can see, it has no side effect on glibc at least. I admit
I'm not much sure about other systems, my first draft checked for
__sun__ being defined before defining it, but since _BSD_SOURCE doesn't
check for anything I thought it'd be more inline.

I recall some notes on autoconf about __EXTENSIONS__ and AIX, but I have
no AIX box at hand to test it on.
