[FFmpeg-devel] Build ffmpeg for pocket pc (ffmpeg.dll)

Hy, 

can anyone build me ffmpeg for pocket pc. the sources are all available for download. the developer has build that forget to enable to stream the video over network. at the moment i can only open the video from local disk. i have no experience with build ffmpeg. i will surely donate the work.
