And a second sample going up named DVB-T_Norway_AAC_LATM_Sample2.mpg  
that had been remuxed into MPEG-2 PS. This one's 30 megs, ETA 5:20ish  
UTC.

It shows the same negative bitrate, but it's from the same source.
