Well, we dropped the AV_FOO <--> MP_FOO compatibility glue earlier today
under the assumption that the only user was MPlayer and MPlayer was
already updated.

So if you have changes for MPlayer or xvmc in FFmpeg queued, I say, by
all means go right ahead and implement them.
