Solaris needs __EXTENSIONS__ defined otherwise libavformat/udp.c fails 
since ip_mreq is only visible with __EXTENSIONS__ defined (see 
http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2008-September/053976.html 
for others discussing the issue).
My patch ensure that the define is only enabled when building on a Solaris 
host.
