RTSPHeader->blocksize will be zero, but AVFormatContext->packet_size
(which I use to determine the buffer size) will be
RTP_MAX_PACKET_LENGTH (see the s->packet_size =
FFMAX(RTP_MAX_PACKET_LENGTH, reply->blocksize); at the bottom of the
patch), which is the current default value.
