[FFmpeg-devel] cws2swf: negative size ?

I just tried to use tools/cws2swf on this file:

Compressed size: 253509 Uncompressed size: -12220
Size mismatch (315456 != -12224), updating header...

Is this wanted ?

Trying to convert teh result to an animated gif seems to give corrupted 
frames at the end.
