[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Rename some please_use_foo macros

I'd like to rename some of the please_use_foo macros in internal.h.
I was getting confused today when syncing MPlayer about which function
was clashing exactly.  Here is a patch to disambiguate those macros.
