[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] add several "const" in aes.c/aes.h

Hello,
attached patch adds "const" in aes.c/aes.h where it is possible without
generating additional warnings.
I stumbled over this while investigating how ugly it would be to use the
same API for all encryption/decryption functions.
