[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH][4/8] h263.c: return resync_marker bit position

Hi,

This patch changes ff_h264_resync() to return the bit position of the  
resync_marker or a negative value if none was found. The semantics  
remain compatible with existing code and this is needed for VA API  
patches (to advance to the next gob_layer() for example).
