[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH][2/2] FLV bitrate metadata patches

This patch splits the totalbitrate in a videodatarate and audiodatarate 
part. The previous implementation would store the entire bitrate in the 
videodatarate part.

This patch changes the regressiontests, thus attached.
