Is that what happens?
You and I can contrive use cases. Real people dont rip political speeches.
Even that is potential copyright infringement
There is a line somewhere between open, and abuse, and unless this
user has a compelling legitimate case,
I say we enforce GPL to the limit, and make them go else where. We dont
need them in our list of credits.
