Suggested sections.

1. Introduction

2. Motivation - explain how FFmpeg came about, and why it is imporant.
   List the motivations of other multimedia projects (single-codec 
   proejcts, XAnim, SoX, etc).

3. Design
   Describe the architecure and define the concepts (containers, packets,
   streams, etc.). Compare this to the projects cited in section 2.
  
4. Have dedicated sections for each libav* describing their capabilities
   and/or_ walk the reader through a typical use case. Emphasis on
   reuse of algorithms.

5. Build system/Project Management/Other
   Opportunity to bag autotools.
   
5. Limitations
   Opportunity to bag ourselves.

6. Conclusion
