Then the server is buggy, the same value is amongth the random ones as well
unless the RFC explicitly requires them to be distinct.
Of course i dont mind if we do something to prevent them from being the
same but thats not a bug in our code we fix here if i understand this
correctly
(reporting that to AXIS, if my guess here is correct would also be
 nice)
