Baptiste has a solution for ffserver, for timestamps I don't know.

In the meantime I have cut the branch, so the trunk is open again,
go wild.  But I do reserve the honor of removing vhook for my hard
work as release manager.  Removing imgconvert is something that
Michael is probably itching to do more than anything, so I won't
contest that privilege ;)
