yes

and if the interface sucks why use it?
use a text editor and plain ASCII, ive done it that way to keep track
of the project vs, student matrix in the past years and found no problem
with it
its also easy to publish for students [without names] to see and its easy
to throw in a VCS if the need arises ever ...
