[FFmpeg-devel] Again problems with lavfi/swscale

This is a regression. All these works fine for me for ffmpeg r20294, 
libswscale r29779 and lavfi "1. 0. 1 /  1. 0. 1" (probably r5413), but I 
confirm the crash with the latest version.
