Tested with make test and applied.

The remaining warnings are produced by svq1 and snow .

Michael, could you comment again on the latest patch for issue 1464? I'm not
convinced that format image2 should be a reason to delay the patch. (or is there
a simple way of recognizing these formats without using codec_tag?)
