Doesn't sound haiku-specific to me.
Honestly, overall it seems to me like haiku is being split out because
nobody wants to bother with BeOS, not because there is anything actually
haiku-specific here (except maybe network_extralibs, but that could be
detected in a generic way, too I guess).
