No, this is the lossless mode, and this line is as it should be.
However your build does not encode losslessly.

This indeed belongs either on -users or on roundup, however it is almost
certainly a compiler-specific issue.
See http://fate.multimedia.cx/ for tested configurations (in particular for
x86_32 gcc versions 4.4.1, 4.3.4, 4.2.4, 4.1.2, 4.0.4 and 3.4.6 seem to
work fine).
