Sample uploaded at upload.mplayerhq.hu as
caf-unksize/waterfall-unksize.{caf,txt}, but it is also easy to create
your own sample from a currently-working file with no packet table
chunk by replacing its data chunk size with all 0xFF in a hex editor
(the data chunk must also be at the end of the file).
