to be blunt which iam good at, i dont think i care if some application has
a problem with some change. I would care if many applications do, or if
the design is bad and some other is better but a single app is no argument
to me ...
also independant of if we decide to make teletext subtitle, data or otherwise
(iam myself quite undecided what it is ...) i do think applications should be
able to display multiple subtitle streams, its a nice feature for example
to someone learning a new language ...

maybe we should add some CODEC_TYPE_TELETEXT ?
