Attached the additional bits I am not sure about as  
ffmpeg.vaapi.gma500.mpeg4.bframes.patch. This works on GMA500 but the  
logic looks weird to me, probably a driver bug? This doesn't seem to  
make any difference on NVIDIA HW though.

The ffmpeg.vaapi.mpeg4.bframes.patch was tested on NVIDIA.
