Well fair enough, you found an actual bug in my code. ;-). Yes this
was my (buggy) postfilter. Fixed locally. So now let's figure out how
to do the testing so we can decide if my postfilter is good enough, if
I provide the 8kHz/1chan FLAC/WAV sample I loaded into QuicktimePro
and give 3 decoded outputs of the resulting QCELP file, is that OK?
