As discussed via IRC - I'm having a lot of trouble hearing the
differences between the files. The file r3.wav sounds worst to me, but I
cannot tell the difference between the others, even when listening to
one in each ear at the same time. You can hear the difference between
the compressed files and the original-resampled file, but that's not
very helpful.
For anybody else wanting to know - you can listen to one in each ear
using e.g. Audacity and loading the mono tracks, setting the channel to
100% left or right and hitting play. Load all files and mute/unmute as
needed to compare everything to everything else.
