[FFmpeg-devel] [POF] libopencv smooth filter

Hi all,

proof of concept filter, which shows how it is possible to wrap
external libraries for the filtering.

Still missing documentation, and the filter crashes depending on the
params provided to the filter (which is a problem of libopencv, but we
should check them for validity anyway).

First patch is required for correctly running the filter, I'll apply
that tomorrow after a test (I need to sleep now...).
