We are currently a bit short on review capabilities.
While you are waiting, you could:
run tools/patcheck over your patch
add the missing documentation changes
Explain where these files come from (camera, CC hardware, ?)
Start an entry for the format in the multimedia wiki: wiki.multimedia.cx
Damage your sample files and make sure they don't crash ffmpeg
