theres alot that can cause such artifacts, decoder bugs related to
motion vector prediction come to mind as well as bugs related to how to
fill the reference lists.
I dont really care about apple producing crap nor about debuging their crap.
If someone tests what works and what not we can update the presets based on
that. But i am against adding refs=1 because another file contains refs=1
At minimum the question about which is the max number of refs that work on
latest software & any hardware of apple has to be awnsered.
