Yes, you don't seem to be able to receive packets from this stream over 
UDP - what do you expect us to do about that?

Just posting a new output log showing the same thing again doesn't help us 
resolve the issue.

Either just receive over TCP instead, using ?tcp at the end, or try to 
figure out why the NAT port punching in rtsp.c/rtpdec.c doesn't seem to 
help in your case.
